This policy explains how Gradzyl Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles information relating to the Before mobile application and these Before web pages.
Plans and tasks
Before is designed to work without an account or an app-operated backend. The plans, deadlines, tasks and preferences you enter are stored locally on your device rather than uploaded to a Before account. We do not have access to those local plans through the app.
Notifications and calendar access
Before may request permission to schedule local notifications. If you choose to use calendar export, the app may request access necessary to create calendar events on your device. You can manage permissions through device settings.
Purchases
Before Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Apple and its payment infrastructure handle payment information and may provide the app with purchase status or transaction information needed to unlock or restore Pro. We do not receive your payment card details.
Support enquiries
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to share, including your email address and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and retain it only as needed for support, legal or operational purposes.
Website operation
These pages are hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose faults. The Before pages do not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Sharing and security
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers where necessary for website hosting, email support or in-app purchase processing, and where required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle.
Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete locally stored plans in the app. You can control notifications and calendar permissions in your device settings. For questions about information we hold through support enquiries, including access or deletion requests, email admin@gradzyl.co.uk.
