These terms apply to your use of the Before mobile app. By using Before, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable consumer rights and the terms of the platform through which you downloaded the app.
What Before provides
Before is a planning tool that estimates when you should start tasks based on the deadlines, durations, dependencies and safety margins you enter. Its recommendations are estimates, not guarantees that a deadline will be met. You remain responsible for checking your plans and deadlines.
Free and Pro access
The free version supports up to three active plans. Before Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase, currently priced at £2.99 in the UK, unlocking unlimited plans and additional features described in the app. Actual pricing, taxes and availability are shown by the App Store before purchase. There is no recurring Pro subscription.
Purchases and restoration
Purchases and refunds are handled under Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies. You can attempt to restore an eligible Pro purchase using the restore option in the app with the purchasing Apple Account. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Local data
Before is designed to store plans locally on your device, without an account or cloud sync. You are responsible for keeping any important deadline information backed up separately. Deleting the app or losing access to your device may result in loss of local data.
Availability
We may update, improve or discontinue aspects of Before, subject to applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
